Redirected case sites

When an Insolvency Practitioner is appointed to deal with business the web site will usually be redirected to a different page to provide information for creditors.

This means that someone searching will know that they can no longer trade with that company, and know who to contact if they are owed money or if it is early on in the case if they want to buy assets from the Liquidator.

The ones for the cases we are dealing with which had web sites are in this section. They do not show in the menu system since if you have found our website you already know how to contact us. The only people who are likely to read this page are people who work for Carmichael & Co, so I could write whatever I wanted and no one would be any the wiser.

There is a risk, though, that someone will be redirected from a liquidation case web site and look up the tree just to see what there is. For that reason I must be a little bit careful.

If you have found this page because you are a creditor and are curious before contacting us for log in details, I am sorry that you have lost money. When you get your log in details you will be able to see if there is any chance of getting anything back. In the meantime, laughter is apparently the best medicine so why not have a look at this page on the web – it’s a cartoon which I found funny and sad at the same time. Please note that some of their cartoons are ‘not safe for work’, so you may not want to wander around their site like you’ve been looking round this one!
